**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Ability to manage paperwork in an organized way and prepare estimates and invoices on QuickBooks
- Coordinate with operations coordinator on all production related jobs
- Maintain CRM database with all client information
- Conduct market research to support the marketing department
- Coordinate trade show and vendors including shipping, registrations and complete event management
- Assist with lead generation and qualification, helping sales representatives focus on high-potential leads
- Conduct post project follows up with clients
- Mine information from various sources to support the sales team new client pipeline
- Support the office of the President and Sales and Marketing Manager as needed
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients by providing necessary information and resources

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Quick books and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
