**The Opportunity - Sales Coordinator**

**Position Summary**:
Lorama Group Inc. is seeking a motivated and organized **Sales Coordinator** to support our sales and management teams, ensuring smooth operations across various departments. In this role, you will assist with sales reporting and analysis, maintain strong client relationships, and provide administrative support to the Executive Team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage CRM data, and ensure compliance with company standards. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Sales Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, tracking sales activities, progress, and performance.
- Provide monthly sales tracking reports to management.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budget reports, and expenditure analysis.
- Monitor sales trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity; provide actionable insights.
- Monitor expenditures and variances, offering recommendations for budget adjustments as needed.

**Client Relations & Sales Support**:

- Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Prepare and maintain sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.
- Assist with the coordination and logistics for events, trade shows, product launches, and sales/management meetings.
- Coordinate and act as the host for all customer visits.

**Collaboration with Teams**:

- Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support marketing campaigns by coordinating logistics and providing administrative assistance.
- Assist the CEO and Commercial Director with data entry, spreadsheet development, and report generation.

**CRM & Data Management**:

- Manage the CRM system, providing training and maintenance support as needed.
- Assist with the creation of PowerPoint presentations in collaboration with the marketing team.

**Compliance & Quality Management**:

- Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements.
- Maintain record-keeping practices that comply with company standards, safety programs, and SOPs.
- Consider environmental aspects and impacts during the design and development of products and services.

**Health & Safety**:

- Ensure awareness of potential and actual health and safety hazards in the workplace.
- Advise employees of any health or safety risks related to their roles.

**Other Duties**:

- Minimal travel required (less than 10%).

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is an asset.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
