A fast-growing consumer packaged good company in Mississauga has an exciting opportunity on our Sales team for a Sales Coordinator As the Sales Coordinator, you will be playing an important role by ensuring all orders received from our customers are entered, confirmed, and processed while also providing administrative support to the Sales/Marketing Department, and liaising with our sales brokers.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the nutrition and wellness industry and has excellent organization, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and deliver daily and weekly sales reports in a timely manner.
- Responding and following up with requests from brokers and Sales/Marketing Team.
- Coordinate shipment of samples for sales presentations to retailers.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure all products, images, specs, and forms are delivered on time.
- Prepare sales presentations and sales materials needed for sales accounts such as Walmart, Target, Kroger, etc.
- Provide sales data or other information requested by Sales/Marketing team.
- Coordinate all trade show registration and attendance and provide administrative support to attendees.
- Coordinate in store demos, track and evaluate performance and ensure accrual is not overspent.

**Qualifications**:

- Completed University Degree or College Diploma, with a focus or specialization in business.
- Experience preferred (1-2 years of related work experience) preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to multi-task and prioritize activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative, balanced by excellent teamwork skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to adjust to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Strong computer skills required on PC based software - Excel (**Intermediate Level Required**), Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
