**Chateau Window & Door Systems** is an entrepreneurial company and is looking for a reliable, dedicated and hardworking individual to work in our warehouse as a Shipper/Receiver.

This job requires an individual who is going to show up, on time, be proactive and be willing to do what is needed to get the job done in an efficient, safe and timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:
Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Receive products from vendors and update order status in computer system acknowledging receipt

Ensure care is taken so as not to damage product.

Ensure products are stored in a safe manner and can be located with ease.

Manage warehouse staff and assign tasks and duties.

Ensure materials handling equipment is in good order and request assistance from service / install team should repairs be required.

Ensure outgoing products are positioned in the staging area at least 1 day prior to shipment (as applicable)

Ensure received products are properly stored into rack zone within 24 hours of receipt.

Ensure that product being shipped has proper bill of lading / packing slip to be signed.

Ensure that signed Bill of lading is returned and filed accordingly.

Full cycle reciving and shipping of products.

Update computer system with product locations.
- Receive and dispatch trucks and containers
- Lead warehouse staff to make sure the product is not being damaged when loading/unloading.
- Organization of the warehouse on a continual basis ensuring it is always clean and tidy.
- Confirm product being delivered is correct on bill of ladings.
- Responsible for small deliveries and pickups.
- Assist others as needed in Office.

**Qualifications**:

- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Be able to lift 50 lbs. to load/unlock trucks at the warehouse and at job sites
- Experience with windows and doors an asset.
