***Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warehouse Operations Management**: Oversee and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, inventory control, and shipping of goods. Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
- **Staff Supervision**: Lead, motivate, and supervise warehouse personnel. Ensure all team members are trained, follow proper procedures, and meet performance expectations.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, performing regular cycle counts and audits to ensure stock levels are accurate. Address discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Coordinate the timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet customer delivery schedules. Ensure all outbound shipments are correctly labeled and documented.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Manage inbound and outbound deliveries, liaising with vendors and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. Ensure all vehicles are properly loaded/unloaded and that the correct products are dispatched.
- **Supply Chain Management**: Collaborate with other departments and vendors to ensure the smooth flow of goods across the entire supply chain. Monitor inventory levels, manage reordering processes, and ensure the efficient movement of products from suppliers to the warehouse and to customers.
- **Route Scheduling**: Develop and optimize delivery routes to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries. Coordinate with truck drivers to manage schedules, monitor delivery progress, and resolve any issues related to transportation logistics.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure that warehouse operations comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Regularly review safety procedures and implement any necessary updates.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to streamline warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
- **Customer Service Support**: Work closely with the customer service team to address any inventory or shipment issues. Ensure high levels of accuracy and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- **Report Generation**: Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse activities for upper management. Assist in budgeting and cost management related to warehouse operations.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum of **5 years** of retail experience, preferably in chain stores or multi-location operations.
- Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Experience in e-commerce warehouse operations is an added advantage.

**Licenses/Certifications**:

- Must possess a **valid G driver’s license with clean driving record.**:

- Forklift certification is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using warehouse management software (WMS) and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
