**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise/manage a team of permanent and temporary employees.
- Lead and provide positive direction.
- Reviewing order confirmations and pick lists to prepare shipments for small and large retail stores across North America.
- Utilize warehouse resources to maintain pristine conditions of the products.
- Timely reporting of damaged items.
- Packaging orders for shipment via couriers and LTL carrier.
- Creating shipping labels.
- Verifying packed orders and shipping labels for accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in warehouse/order picking in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in warehouse organization
- Ability to recognize items by different carton/product labels and by SKU, UPC or description
- Ability to maintain picking volumes with high accuracy
- Ability to read order fulfilment documents, including, pick lists, packing slips, labels, and BOLs
- Experience in use of pump-trucks, walkies and a reach for loading/unloading trucks
- Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, frequently reach with hands and arms, twist, bend frequently, stoop, squat, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (23 kg) on a continual basis
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written in the English language)
- Must be able to effectively lead a small team, with personal accountability for quality & volume of work.
- Must be able to communicate with the team about inventory and orders generally.
