**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations and procurement. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage both the physical movement of goods and the strategic sourcing of materials and supplies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _Warehouse Operations:_

Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storing, inventory management, order picking, and shipping

Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment

Manage and train warehouse staff; assign tasks and monitor performance

Track inventory levels and ensure accurate records in the system

Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures
- _Purchasing & Procurement:_

Source and purchase products and warehouse supplies based on operational needs

Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors

Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules

Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and follow up on any delays or issues

Analyze inventory reports to determine purchasing needs and avoid stockouts or overstock

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred

3+ years of experience in warehouse management and/or purchasing

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Solid understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and procurement practices

Proficient in using warehouse and inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts - certification is a plus)

Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical warehouse environment

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
