The company’s expertise includes custom brokerage, storage, and in-bound/out-bound TRANSPORTATION via various modes of transport, including Sea Freight, Air Freight, Truck Freight, and Express. We are currently focusing on LG Canada Inc. as a principal customer.

**Warehouse Manager Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping
- Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issue and reach short
- and long-term performance goals
- Ensure new customers are onboarded quickly and efficiently
- Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory, logistics and customer billing
- Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- Assisting with all warehouse duties where required.

**Warehouse Manager Requirements**:

- 3+ years warehouse management/leadership experience in a Warehouse environment.
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse management systems, procedures, and policies.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Comfortable communicating in English in both written and verbal forms.
- Strong people skills.
- Available to work extended hours
- Ability to work with all levels of company staff and customers
- Electronic appliance warehouse experience preferred
- Bilingualism in English and Korean is a strong asset

**Salary**: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
