The Marketing Administrator is a self managing position reporting to chair of marketing committee. This role requires a higher level of technical proficiency than a general office administrator but does not require the educational skill level of a programmer or web developer.

Key Responsibilities

A. General Administrative Support (Property Management & BOD Support)

Assisting board members with operational and logístical tasks.

Coordinating with vendors and partners to support general board activities. B. Marketing Execution (Marketing Committee Support)

Work with the marketing committee to prioritize and schedule tasks.

Social Media Management & Content Scheduling: Gathering and structuring content for scheduled social media posts. Coordinating with vendors to collect relevant materials for content creation. Seeking direction and approval from the Marketing Committee and BOD before posting content.

Lead Management & Vendor Coordination: Handling incoming leads from digital platforms, website, and chat systems. Distributing leads fairly to vendors based on an approved system. Ensuring that vendors receive timely updates and notifications.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Excellent communication skills—must be professional, structured, and clear.

Computer proficiency—familiar with Google Drive, Dropbox, and basic automation tools.

Basic knowledge and experience in IT and web development.

Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).

Efficient and responsive—able to manage multiple small tasks with speed and accuracy.

Organizational & data management skills—able to track and report work effectively. Impact & Benefit to IMPROVE

Ensures marketing execution stays on track.

Provides administrative support to both the Board and the Marketing Committee.Optimizes resources without unnecessary overhead costs.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office management: 1 year (required)
- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
