**Minimum Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related areas
**Minimum Experience**
- 1 year of experience required in clerical support or related area and/or,
- 1 year of experience managing client relationships and participating in marketing activities.
- Marketing background experience, not required but preferred
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and update client ownership details, ensuring accurate and timely records in the system.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to Strategic Business Managers (SBM) on administrative tasks related to their roles.
- Regularly follow up on sales leads and opportunities, ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team.
- Oversee the transfer of equipment and services related to third-party leasing company, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering excellent customer service and addressing client needs.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote services
- Create accurate and detailed contract estimates and third-party leasing company financial estimates for client proposals and agreements.
- Coordinate and schedule post-installation follow-up activities (Tier 1 & 2) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth transitions.
- Draft and finalize contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team as required.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- **Bilingual in French is considered an asset**:
- Excellent organization and time management skills with an ability to effectively manage complex tasks simultaneously
- Ability to deal effectively with multiple priorities and possess tact and diplomacy in dealing with inquiries and requests for information
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify problems/issues and take necessary steps to resolve them
- Professional and customer service oriented with an ability to work with individuals across all levels of the organization
- Self-directed, detail oriented, dependable, and resourceful
- Performs other duties as assigned.
**Additional Skills**
- Train other workers
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of marketing tools such as Canva, CRM or lead generation is an asset
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday - From 9 am to 5 pm

**Pay**:
- $42,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
