As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our marketing operations and execution.

Role Overview

The Marketing Associate will support the administration, coordination, and execution of marketing activities across Twelvio's internal initiatives and selected client projects. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

This is an in-office, hands-on role requiring strong communication and collaboration with internal teams, affiliates, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Administration & Coordination

  • Assist in managing marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables

  • Coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams (design, content, sales, operations)

  • Support internal processes, documentation, and invoicing

  • Track project status and follow up to ensure deadlines are met

  • Assist with vendor, affiliate, and partner coordination

Marketing Execution

  • Support execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social, content, paid media)

  • Coordinate content creation, approvals, and publishing schedules

  • Assist with website updates, landing pages, and basic SEO tasks

  • Manage and update CRM and marketing platforms

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials

Affiliate & Partner Marketing

  • Support day-to-day coordination with affiliates and marketing partners

  • Assist with onboarding affiliates and distributing marketing assets

  • Track affiliate performance and prepare basic reports

  • Help maintain strong relationships with external partners

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Assist with marketing performance reports and dashboards

  • Track KPIs, campaign results, and operational metrics

  • Compile insights and summaries for review with the CEO

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams to support campaign execution

  • Assist sales and business development teams with marketing materials

  • Participate in planning meetings and internal coordination efforts

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related field (agency experience is a plus)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts

  • Experience with common marketing tools (email platforms, CRM, analytics, project management tools)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in an in-office, collaborative environment

  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through

  • Experience working with affiliates, partnerships, or influencer marketing (preferred)
