**About the Role**
The Marketing Administrator will play a key role in supporting marketing operations across multiple divisions of Northcott Silk Inc. This role involves close collaboration with marketing, shipping, operations, accounts, and customer service teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to support a dynamic team and play an integral role within a marketing team.

**Responsibilities**

**Product Support**
- Review and proof product artwork and layouts to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Verify product information, including SKUs and text, for consistency and correctness.
- Identify and communicate any issues or discrepancies to team members.
- Send approvals and update system records once product details are finalized.
- Proof marketing materials to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate logistics for the shipment of marketing materials as required.

**Data Management**
- Export and organize product and sales information from NetSuite or other systems as required.
- File and track expenses for the marketing team.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all expense-related documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of price lists for sales team and export customers.

**Administrative Support**
- Respond promptly to customer and sales inquiries, resolving issues or redirecting requests as needed.
- Send large files and images as needed via platforms such as Hightail or Dropbox.
- Ship marketing materials to sales teams and distributors.
- Maintain and update contact lists for sales teams and distributors.
- Communicate product updates and adjustments to the sales team, customer service, and clients.
- Update system records with information on new products, schedules, and release dates.

**Qualifications**
- Strong attention to detail, especially in reviewing product and artwork specifications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams and departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (eg. Excel, Word) as well as software for project tracking (eg. ClickUp, Asana), communication, and file sharing.
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems such as NetSuite is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
