'**Description**:
Are you a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator looking for a new challenge? TFN is on the hunt for a talented individual to support our robust marketing initiatives and work closely with our Marketing Manager. This role is a fantastic opportunity to dive into various aspects of marketing, from design to digital engagement, in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, order, and deliver engaging marketing materials, ensuring compliance with RECO regulations.
- Manage the onboarding of new agents, including website and social media integration.
- Keep our websites, including TFN's main site and broker portal, fresh and up to date.
- Play a key role in planning and executing corporate events and training sessions.
- Create valuable online eBooks and manage internal communications effectively.
- Maintain and update databases for builder and realtor outreach.
- Produce and maintain training and tutorial videos.
- Engage actively with our online social media audience to foster community growth.
- Ensure accuracy in CRM database management and contribute to content creation across platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in marketing or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
