You should find it easy to integrate with them. Also, you will have regular onsite support from the operations manager and the owner.

The General Restaurant Manager duties include, but are not limited too:

- Leading the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards
- Monitoring and controlling labor costs and food and waste costs
- Working as a team with co-workers to achieve service times
- Spending reasonable amount of time every shift on the floor supporting and working with employees
- Coaching the staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W brand
- Ensuring all food safety regulations are followed
- Hiring, retaining, and terminating employees
- Inventory management
- Other duties which involve the day to day operation of a quick service restaurant

Job Requirements:

- Some restaurant management experience - one year or more
- Quick service restaurant experience preferred
- College or University Education preferred but not necessary
- Food handling certificate
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great social skills and love for interacting with other people
- A leader and a team player
- Basic English language skills
- Organizational skills

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
