Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Manage and train staff members, including conducting interviews and providing ongoing coaching and feedback
- Create employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and manage labor costs
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
- Utilize POS systems to process orders, payments, and generate reports
- Maintain a positive work environment and foster teamwork among staff members

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and managing employees
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and reporting
- Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns or operational issues promptly

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related role is required
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food service industry trends
- Understanding of financial aspects such as budgeting, cost control, and profit margins
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Excellent customer service
- Positive attitude & Hardworking
