**Job Description**:
The Administrative Support Assistant will work in our Disability Management Services Office (DMSO) in Regina and will be responsible for supporting the team with the day to day administrative functions for disability claimants.

**What you will do**
- Call skills
- following up with claimants via phone
- customer service in both languages, both internal and external customer inquiries
- Documenting
- requesting documents, documenting within our system, updating follow ups and creating and sending letters.
- Working with providers and employees to book Independent medical examination appointments. triage calls, organize schedules
- Opening and triaging of mail, scanning new mail and uploading
- Processing and Adjudication of medical payment and administration

**What you will bring**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Well developed organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
- Proficient user in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Well developed problem solving skills

- Time management
