**Overview**
**Duties**
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement innovative menu items that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on food handling techniques and best practices in food service.
- Collaborate with management to manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Assist in the planning of special events or catering services as needed.
- Help create a positive work atmosphere by fostering teamwork and open communication among staff members.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and best practices in kitchen management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff.
- Experience in menu development and food preparation techniques across various cuisines.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations.

Pay: $24.31-$28.00 per hour
