**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment
- Maintain accurate records through filing and bookkeeping practices
- Handle human resources tasks, including payroll processing and employee onboarding
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes
- Assist in budgeting activities to ensure financial efficiency
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an office administration role with clerical experience preferred
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating strong team management skills
- Experience in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management tasks. What you don't know, we can train you.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with human resources processes, including payroll management
