We are a dynamic and growing construction company seeking a motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. As an integral part of our office operations, you will play a key role in supporting daily administrative functions while ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced construction environment.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including managing QuickBooks for invoicing accounts payable/receivable, and reporting.
- Process payroll, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Administer HR functions, including employee records, benefits, and recruitment support.
- Coordinate and prepare bid proposals, including gathering relevant information and supporting the submission process.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with general office management tasks, including inventory management, office supplies, and equipment.
- Provide support to senior management and project managers as needed.

How to apply:

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
