**Based in Toronto, Ontario. This role is hybrid with some duties performed in the office.**

**Job summary**:Member of the IT Team with responsibilities covering a wide range of technologies including, but not limited to, systems administration, helpdesk and laptop/desktop computer build-up/replacement.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- 1st level of support for on-site and remote employees
- Setting up and configuring laptop and desktop computers (OS installation, Software installs, patches, etc.)
- Developing and updating on-line support documentation
- Performing day to day IT and Cloud infrastructure tasks
- Other duties as required

**What you need**:

- 1+ years working in an IT helpdesk/systems administration role or equivalent experience
- Experience with Windows 10 and general Windows support
- Experience with MAC OSX and general MAC OS support
- Understanding of DevOps principles
- Ability to lift/move/computers/monitors/servers/etc

**Nice to have**:

- Linux systems administration (Ubuntu/RedHat)
- Experience with Amazon Web Services
- Understanding of Ansible or other automation tools
- Understanding of networks and network routing
