Are you a dynamic and driven Human Resources professional seeking your next challenge? Look no further We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our Colleges forward.

As a HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch HR support to our team and leadership. You'll be a key player in implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, while ensuring our employees are supported, engaged and empowered to achieve their full potential.

You will be familiar with all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your excellent English communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with all levels of the organization, while your ability to think critically and strategically will be key in driving continuous improvement and innovation.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Human Resources.
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role including performance evaluation systems, job description and evaluation, recruitment, orientation, employee relations, HRIS, policy and procedure
- A member in good standing of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA)
- Working towards CHRP or CHRL is an asset.
- Satisfactory criminal record check required.
