**Who We Are**:
Established in 1990, Airstream Heating & Air Conditioning has formed a reputation of providing excellent service at a great value. Since then, the company has grown from 3 employees to over 40 dedicated professionals in both the office and field. There are two areas of expertise that make up Airstream’s core competencies. The first being our Construction Department where our experienced team of installers and project managers bring everything from bid-spec to design-build projects to life. The second being our Service Department comprising of a team of talented technicians responsible for maintaining, replacing, and servicing the HVAC equipment of our loyal customers.

With both these dynamic and ever-expanding departments driving large volumes of work, we are looking to expand our team. Airstream is looking for a Service Coordinator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating and scheduling service and maintenance calls in an effective manner,
- Ensuring accuracy of the dispatch board
- Time managing productivity on service and maintenance calls.
- Communicating with the customer and the technician
- Providing additional assistance to the technician as required
- Sending out twice daily technician updates
- Assisting with invoicing for COD calls
- Fact checking with technicians for invoicing and future scheduling purposes,
- Accounts Receivable follow up.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be proficient on Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in coordinating and administrative support,
- Must have good time management skills,
- Must have excellent communication skills,
- Must be team oriented yet able to work independently,
- Experience in HVAC industry would be an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
