Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Hours: Part-time to start; transitioning to full-time in the New Year based on performance and business needs

Compensation: $20–$22 per hour (depending on experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Service Coordinator to support our office team by handling service requests, scheduling technicians, and managing daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and confident communicating with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and respond to incoming phone and email inquiries
  • Receive, prioritize, and dispatch routine and emergency service calls
  • Create and process work orders
  • Filing and data entry
  • Prepare and send quotes, notices, and service pricing
  • Maintain organized filing, spreadsheets, CRM data, and reports
  • Communicate with property managers, on-site contacts, and technicians
  • Support office operations and assist with various administrative duties

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (required)
  • Office administration experience is an asset
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook (intermediate to advanced)
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently
  • Professional, courteous, and reliable
