**About Loop**
Loop is a growing division of Box Clever that powers websites for small to medium-sized municipalities in Canada and the U.S. We provide user-friendly websites and apps with municipal-specific features that simplify the sharing of information between municipalities and their residents.
**About The Role**
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re excited to:
- Help municipal governments communicate effectively with their residents with Loop’s products and services
- Help clients solve digital communication problems and enhance their online presence
- Collaborate with internal teams on our products and projects
- Develop relationships with clients and provide proactive support
**Desired Skills and Experience**
Essentials:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new software tools
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Comfortable working independently and in a team setting
- Experience in customer service, administration, or similar roles
Bonus Points:
- 2 years+ experience in a similar role
- Experience with CRM system, spreadsheets, and help desk software
- Marketing experience, including content creation and campaign management
- Strong communication skills for crafting clear and engaging content
- Knowledge of municipal governments
- Professional social media experience
- Experience providing in-person and online software demonstrations
