Sales & Customer Service Manager

**About Us**:
Oppein is the world's largest custom cabinetry manufacturer, providing RTA and full-home cabinetry solutions across the globe. We’re expanding our presence in Canada and are looking for a results-driven **Sales & Customer Service Manager** to lead both our B2B sales and CSR teams at our Etobicoke location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a growing **B2B sales team** working with dealers and trade clients
- Supervise the **Customer Service** team to ensure accurate and timely order processing
- Track and drive performance through **KPI management** across both departments
- Resolve escalations and maintain high standards for dealer satisfaction
- Train, coach, and help grow the team to meet monthly sales and service goals
Qualifications:
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in sales or customer service leadership roles
- Background in cabinetry, building materials, or home improvement is preferred
- Proven ability to manage teams and hit performance targets
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Must be available for **on-site work** in Etobicoke, Monday to Friday
Compensation:
- **Base Salary**: $65,000-$75,000/year
- **Bonus**: $15,000-$25,000/year based on monthly KPIs (sales growth, dealer retention, service quality)

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
