Armour Alloys is a flat-rolled specialty metals distributor and processor based out of Cambridge. We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at our brand new facility.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop relationships and manage existing accounts
- Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
- Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
- Follow up with production on existing orders to ensure customer deliveries are met
- Coordinate with purchasing to ensure adequate inventory is maintained in stock for your managed accounts
- Manage and evaluate weekly customer releases to ensure customer requirements are met

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 1-3 years of metals experience preferred
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize and multi-task
- Demonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take initiative and recognize needs
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
- Superior attention to detail in all areas of work
