**Technical Inside Sales Representative (F/T)**:
You are a highly organized individual with superior customer service skills. You take initiative in assisting our account managers to provide outstanding customer service through on-time quotations, and expediting of information.

The role of Technical Inside Sales Representative requires a high performance individual who excels at customer service. A high degree of self-motivation and commitment to excellence will help ensure success. Your time management skills are outstanding, you thrive in a busy environment and build productive and professional relationships.

As a central point of contact for the client as well as our Account Managers, you will be required to build and maintain excellent working relationships and work towards becoming a trusted advisor for our clients.

**Primary Duties**:

- Work in conjunction with our account managers to effectively service our customers through on-time quotations, processing orders and expediting of information pertaining to Electric Motors and Controls products.
- You will establish and maintain productive, professional relationships.
- Coordinate and process orders via SAP and process customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner whilst providing outstanding customer service.
- Compiling the required information and preparing a quotation from the factory price guidelines and requesting required Engineering quotation thru factory programs.
- Coordinate and process customer quotations using our MS Dynamics CRM program.
- Project quotation for custom motors; including medium and low voltage electric motors
- Collaborate with other teams such as, the project management personnel, offering support and guidance.
- Stay abreast of current products and procedures as required.

**What skills are required?**
- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma from an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering discipline is desired.
- Understanding of related NEMA MG1, CSA or other specifications for Electric Motors.
- Proficient Computer Literacy skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel & Word), MS Dynamics CRM and SAP ECC 6.0.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team work and customer service oriented
- Problem solving skills
- Good Communicator who is a self-starter and able to work with mínimal supervision and as a team.
- Ability to use initiative
- Proficient at multi-tasking

You will report to the Inside Sales Supervisor at our Cambridge, Ontario office. This is an in person position, a laptop will be provided.
