Nous recherchons un nouveau membre soucieux du détail et axé sur les objectifs pour rejoindre notre équipe et prendre les rênes en tant qu'associé aux ventes junior. **Responsabilités**
- Appel à froid de nouveaux clients potentiels
- Mettre à niveau les clients existants vers les dernières technologies
- Suivi des annulations potentielles et de la rétention éventuelle
- Gérer et distribuer les prospects et demandes de renseignements entrants
- Effectuer toute autre tâche qui peut vous être assignée de temps à autre

**Conditions**
- Maîtrise orale et écrite du français et de l’anglais
- Carte BSP ou autorisation de demander une carte BSP
- Connaissance des fonctionnalités du matériel informatique, des réseaux et de la technologie sans fil, un atout
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais urgents
- Capacité de travailler en équipe
- De solides compétences en communication
- Doit traiter toutes les informations avec confidentialité et discrétion

Established in 1978, Alarme Sentinelle is a privately held full-service security company with a ULC listed and Five Diamond monitoring station providing customized solutions to customer in the greater Montreal region. With over 200 years of combined experience amongst our bilingual staff we are able to maintain high value service to our customers.

We are looking for a new detail-oriented and goal focused member to join our team to take the reigns as Junior Sales Associate. If you like technology, are a quick learner and enjoy the satisfaction of making a difference in people’s lives, this may be a good starting position for you.

**Responsibilities**
- Cold call potential new customers
- Upgrade existing customers to latest technology
- Follow up on potential cancellations and possible retention
- Manage and distribute incoming leads and inquiries
- Perform any other tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Oral and written fluency in French and English
- Knowledge of computer hardware functionality, networking, wireless technology an asset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Must handle all information with confidentiality and discretion

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
