**SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPOSIBILITIES**:

- Source, review new sales leads and responds to new product requests for quote (RFQ) _from_ prospective customers.
- Assess general market requirements for new products.
- Assess and recommend solution positioning relevant to market requirements and competitive positioning.
- Generate a sales prospect target list, plan and visit companies to promote sales.
- Ability to present product and company information and value to prospective customers.
- Have a strong and competent interaction in North American Radio market

**Skills and Desired Sales Representative Experiences**:

- A Sale representative with a degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred
- Excellent technical sales record _from_ Radio Systems’ Industry.
- Working knowledge of RF Products.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical details of customer requirements and present appropriate company solutions.
- Exceptional drive, passion and outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of Executive / Senior Staff and clients
- Must be self - motivated, well organized and be able to _work_ effectively both independently and and as part of a team.

**Compensation**:

- To be based on percentage of sales generated.
