**Position Summary**

An exciting opportunity to join our Sales team The main goal of the position is communication with customers and understanding their needs, identifying sales opportunities, following up on leads and communicating with potential customers. This position will be on-site with the possibility of adopting a hybrid schedule once the probation period is completed.

**Responsibilities**
- Master Matrox Video AV/IT product knowledge for communications with customers;
- Understand and be knowledgeable of the Development tools (SDK’s, APIs, sample code, etc.) to be able to easily discuss them with clients, such as software developers and OEMs;
- Manage Inbound Sales;
- Follow up on leads;
- Manage Outbound Sales ;
- Dispatch qualified leads to Sales Representatives and/or Matrox channel partners;
- Work with Sales and Marketing to help provide or coordinate channel training events for Matrox products, Matrox promotions, and Matrox special initiatives;
- Provide Sales support to Field Sales Representative for customer communications and other business needs;
- Gather information to improve levels of sales and report diligently, using business intelligence software tools;
- Using the “Salesforce” tool to maintain information on new sales opportunities and existing customers up to date;
- Prospecting using LinkedIn and other tools to find relevant prospects for our Matrox products;
- Providing support with quote creations and follow-ups with RSMs and distributors;
- Supporting internal team initiatives such as calendar management, event logistics, and document formatting for external use;
- Tracking overdue loans and providing updates to responsible manager at end of quarters;
- Helping with NDA’s and working with legal to make sure documents are properly completed and sent to customers for signature;
- Working in collaboration with the web and marketing teams to ensure partner representation aligns with current sales coverage and channel priorities.

**Qualifications**
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Minimum of two years of inside sales experience;
- Ability to prepare and lead presentations, for customers and partners;
- Enthusiasm and dynamism;
- Organizational skills and ability to maintain clear progress reports;
- Works well in a team environment as well as alone;
- High emphasis on being able to communicate technical and engineering information (hardware, software, networking, customer requirements, technical specifications, etc.);
- Certificate in a recognized technical (PC/networking) program and/or Bachelor’s degree with a major in commerce;
- Willingness to travel;
- Multi-tasking skills and efficient time-management;
- Experience with business development;
- Experience with sales quotas and performance targets.
