**Overview**
Tired of working nights and weekends? We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. GAP Professional Products is a leading Canadian automotive chemical manufacturer specializing in performance additives and professional detail chemicals. GAP Professional Products is recognized as a results-driven, family owned, local manufacturer and marketer of professional automotive products. We are seeking a sales/training role to generate and qualify incremental revenue opportunities in Ontario. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services. Your expertise in automotive repair and exceptional customer service skills will help ensure a positive experience for our customers while effectively managing their service needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing them with information about services offered.
- Business development - both organic sales and new rooftops
- Training service advisors and technicians about fluids and preventive maintenance
- Training service teams on process and offering preventative maintenance.
- Generating new business relationships and selling professional automotive products across multiple customer segments
- Comfortable with warm leads and cold calls and executing tasks while working alongside marketing, sales and product teams
- Expanding products and solutions to existing clients, converting inbound leads into opportunities, developing new clients through outbound lead activity, and possible engagement with partners
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle maintenance schedules.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a within the automotive industry or dealership environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Experience in upselling products or services is highly desirable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
- A passion for automobiles and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
