We're hiring a **Service Advisor / Assistant Operations Manager** to help lead operations at our busiest shop. If you're driven, sharp, and great with people — we want to talk.

What You’ll Do:

- Run service front-line: quotes, bookings, customer updates
- Manage **technician productivity and workflow**:

- Support the **General Operations Manager** in daily shop performance
- Drive **sales** and deliver 5-star service

What You Bring:

- **Service or parts advisor experience** (dealership preferred)
- Strong **sales + customer service** skills
- Organized, calm under pressure, and excellent with people
- No need to diagnose — just know how the shop works
- A **hungry mindset** — ready to grow and lead

What You Get:

- $60-80K/year to start
- Most of our management team hits **$100K+ within 2 years**:

- 50 hrs/week, full-time
- Real growth into multi-location ops or head office projects
- A young, driven team changing the game in auto repair

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
