**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, ensuring customers understand the work being performed on their vehicles.
- Utilize strong customer service skills to build rapport with clients and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and vehicle history.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while keeping customers informed throughout the process.
- Promote additional services through upselling techniques, enhancing overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology to provide informed recommendations to customers.
**Experience**
- Previous dealership experience is highly preferred, providing insight into the unique demands of a fast-paced automotive environment.
- Mechanic experience or strong mechanical knowledge is advantageous for effective communication with technicians and understanding repair processes.
- Proven customer service experience with a focus on building relationships and resolving issues effectively.
- Sales experience is beneficial, particularly in upselling automotive services or products.
