**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Training and coaching service advisors and technicians on how to confidently recommend fluid services and preventative maintenance
- Supporting existing dealerships and growing relationships with new rooftops
- Introducing professional-grade automotive chemicals and tools that improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Identifying revenue opportunities and helping service departments maximize their potential
- Representing a respected Canadian brand and working alongside our national team of sales and product experts
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Experience working in an automotive service department or dealership environment
- Confidence in speaking to both service advisors and management teams
- Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and fluid services
- A passion for helping teams grow their results
- Strong communication and sales ability — including upselling and handling objections
- Self-motivated, organized, and ready to hit the road (some travel required)
**Why Join GAP?**
- No weekends or late nights — enjoy a better work-life balance
- Full-time salary with growth potential
- Company with over 45 years in the automotive industry and national coverage
- Proudly Canadian-owned and operated
