**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily office operations a
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain bookkeeping records using QuickBooks, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate vendor management activities to maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing reports for management.
- Foster a collaborative team environment through effective communication and organizational skills.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks.
- Strong front desk management capabilities with excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in human resources functions including payroll processing and employee relations.
- Solid bookkeeping knowledge with attention to detail in financial documentation.
- Administrative experience that showcases organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients.
- Team management expertise to lead projects and support team development initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.28-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
