**Job Summary**:
The Buffing Line Manager oversees the production process for buffing operations at Liberty Tire Recycling. This leadership role involves managing multiple buffing crews and the bagging line, ensuring that production meets or exceeds budgeted targets while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This role is full-time exempt, and reports into the General Manager.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Attend daily production meetings to stay informed about production goals, challenges, and updates.
- Work closely with the sales team to align production capabilities with customer requirements and market demands.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of buffing crews and the bagging line operator.
- Monitor and enhance production processes to increase efficiency and meet or exceed output targets.
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ordering as needed to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to boost productivity and reduce costs.
- Verify and review production reports to ensure accurate inventory management and production tracking.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance and foster professional growth.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.

- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop a team while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

**Education and Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
