The Cavalier Group is a small (36 people), successful, and growing equipment manufacturing and marketing company focused on helping equipment rental and industrial distribution companies acquire and operate equipment assets. We manufacture our product range under the Eco Power Equipment brand name, sell our products in Canada, and export them worldwide.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and maintain safe, efficient production environments.
- Ensure process efficiency and oversee quality assurance of all produced products
- Establish production goals and coordinate plans to achieve them.
- Maintain production schedules and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Direct layout of equipment and flow of materials for maximum efficiency.
- Write and analyze production reports for optimization.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet customer demands
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and resolve any issues that arise
- Train and develop manufacturing staff to ensure high performance and productivity
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior management or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
- Proven leadership ability and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Technical competencies in manufacturing (e.g., technical drawings, blueprints, CAD/CAM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant industry software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $57,550.34-$131,749.74 per year
