Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for selling products and/or services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. The Inside Sales Representative will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales and communication skills. This individual will also develop their phone-based revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Integrity, vision and passion are essential for this role.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Identify decision makers within targeted customers to begin sales process
- Penetrate all targeted accounts and increase sales from within existing client base
- Collaborate with account manager/outside sales teams to determine necessary strategy and sales approaches
- Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Account Managers/Outside Sales Teams where appropriate
- Maintain and expand the company’s database and prospects
- Ensure follow-up by passing on leads to Account Managers/Outside Sales Teams with potential customer information, dates, sources and so on
- Assist in setting up sales presentations, product/service demonstrations (i.e. samples) and other sales actions
- Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits and other events
- Handle incoming calls and convert them into sales
- Overcome objections of prospective customers
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms and prepare sales orders and/or reports
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in all data bases and communicating changes to affected parties (Sales Teams)
- Attend periodic sales training where applicable
- Appropriately communicate brand identity and company mission statement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
