**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answer phone lines and provide customers with product information knowledge and pricing
- Greet walk in customers and provide the highest level of customer support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
- Prospect and lead generation including following up with inactive customers, reaching out to trade show contacts, or cold-calling potential customer accounts
- Develop a broad range of product knowledge across many different product lines
- Process sales transactions using SAP
- Complete customer notes, follow-up reminders, and status entries in Hubspot
- Support account managers with accurate pricing quotes and information
- Troubleshoot problem accounts with the finance department
- Interpret tender documentation for accurate project quoting and management

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1-2 years inside sales, customer service, or sales experience preferably within construction
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Preferably, knowledge of SAP and Hubspot
- Strong thirst for product knowledge and learning

**HOURS OF WORK**

Regular working schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
