Autoworks Tire & Wheel Distributors (ATW) is a distributor of custom rims and tires located in West Edmonton. We import our brands and distribute them both locally and nationally. We aim to enhance our team with a Shipping Coordinator who is motivated and process-focused. The position will focus on coordinating shipments, preparing shipping documents to ensure timely delivery and top tier customer satisfaction.

This position will be responsible for the following activities as well as any daily challenges that arise:

- Coordinate and schedule shipments with our shipping team
- Prepare shipping documents, such as bills of lading and shipping labels
- Communicate with carriers to arrange pick-up and delivery times
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers as needed
- Ensure accuracy of shipping information, including addresses and product details
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure proper packaging and labeling of products
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments or deliveries
