Shipping + Inventory Coordinator

THE DETAILS// We are hiring for a full-time Shipping + Inventory Coordinator. Your role will be responsible for the shipment and packaging of customer orders, and the management of inventory for all three of our locations. Your week will consist of pulling customer items from inventory, packaging and preparing all online orders for shipment, as well as coordination and delivery of our local pickup orders to each shop location. This position will require travel to each shop within Edmonton on a daily basis, and you must be physically fit as some light lifting will be required of inventory and stock (ie. must be able to comfortably lift boxes up to 40 LBS). A vehicle is required for this position and you would report directly to our Operations Manager.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR//
- Extremely organized, with a big focus on attention to detail
- Self motivated (you will be required to shape your day around prioritizing tasks)
- Drivers licence + vehicle, required
- Physically able to lift boxes up to 40 LBS
- Experience in a customer service industry
- Knowledge of Shopify, considered an asset
- Experience with shipping/inventory systems, is an asset
- Team oriented + ready to help with overall shop activities
- Flexible schedule, evenings + weekends may sometimes be required
