About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Inventory Coordinator to join our operations team. This position combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on warehouse duties, requiring a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and within established timelines.
- Receive and verify incoming materials, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Maintain organized inventory and perform regular cycle counts.
- Operate reach trucks and other material-handling equipment safely.
- Maintain shipping records, waybills, and order details in tracking systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all workplace safety procedures and OHS standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 35 lbs regularly.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory databases or ERP systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. 4:30 p.m. (1-hour lunch break).
- On-site role in Edmonton, AB.
Additional Information
- Standard background check required.
- CSA-approved safety boots must be worn on-site.
- Mandatory onboarding and safety training will be provided.
