**Responsibilities**:
Under the direction of the Administrative Supervisor, the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator ensures seamless, accurate and efficient processing of incoming and outgoing shipments and items. Strong Inventory management control and positive relations with internal and external customers, transportation partners and vendors are essential to this position.

Responsibilities include:

- Implement and maintain invoicing procedures and controls to ensure accurate and appropriate inventory levels at all times using Arrow’s system “Inventory Manager”.
- Responsible for accurately receiving and shipping inbound/outbound orders.
- Work in conjunction with the Operations Supervisor for scheduling/coordination and dispatching of any inbound received or outbound deliveries of containers and trucks.
- Work in conjunction with the Operations team for timely and accurate weekly/monthly inventory counts dependent on customer requirements.
- Work with operators to move orders as efficiently as possible under time constraints.
- Ensure product inventory is moved as per customer requirements.
- Ensure proper loading procedures & quality control for all outbound orders.
- Report any issues with respect to inventory age and/or integrity.
- Track inbound shipments in containers or on trucks and work with the Operations Team on strategic forecasting and planning.
- Ensure all shipments have proper documentation (Truck or Container Bills of Lading, Inventory Manager Documents, Customer documents, etc.)
- Report any discrepancies or gaps in service to the supervisor.
- Problem solve for cases of missing documents, shipments, deliveries, inventory outages etc.
- Work in accordance with all Arrow, safety and other applicable regulatory policies and procedures.
- Work with the Operations Supervisor with respect to daily/weekly forecasts, as well as maintaining asset/equipment/ inventory control.
- Relay all completed shipments, information of inbound/outbound receiving to the administrator, customers, and transportation partners.
- Other duties as assigned by the Administrative Supervisor.

You Possess:

- Preference will be given to those with relevant post-secondary education and/or relevant transportation industry experience
- SAP experience is an asset
