Are you a detail-oriented office administrator looking for a high reward environment?

The Office Administartor will ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis and will be responsible for the administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, overseeing accounts payable/receivable, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, answering phones and directing phone calls, among other administrative tasks.
- Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Works with management to ensure a smooth functioning workplace.

**Qualifications**:

- Sage 300 experience is ideal
- Business or Accounting related education
- Exceptional people skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

This is a full-time position, that comes with 3 weeks paid holidays, health benefits and a competitive salary ranging between $70,000.00 and $85,000.00 a year

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
