Anova Energy is currently engaged in a search for an **Office Administrator** for their Albertan operations. In this role, you will be tasked with providing administrative support to our Operations Manager and Internal Accountant.
**The Office Administrator **will be responsible for managing all administrative aspects and clerical duties that pertain to everyday operations for the business, including but not limited to:
- Updating and maintaining energy market reporting
- Answering client information requests.
- Reviewing outgoing office communication to ensure it is clear and concise.
- Updating accounting and tracking excel files
- Managing company calendars
- Providing administrative support to the accountant
- Ordering office supplies, coffee supplies.
- Loading and unloading kitchen dishwasher.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a key team member and independently with minimum supervision;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure of competing deadlines
- Microsoft Office Suite experience.
