Our Canadian division, Transervice Lease Co, which operates at more than 41 sites primarily in Ontario, Quebec, and Newfoundland, is currently looking for an Operational Manager that will be responsible for the following workshops; _Burlington, Hamilton, Brantford & St-Catherines._

**Under the supervision of**:General Manager

**Status**: Full-Time

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Operations Management** - To ensure the planning and coordination of all operational activities of the locations under its supervision, including:

- Management of the work orders;
- Billing (delays, approvals et verification);
- Preventive maintenance program;
- Supplier’s management.

**Human Resources Management**:

- To inform, supervise, orient, structure, influence, assess, train and motivate the human resources involved in his operations:

- Actively participate in the management of the Health & Safety at work;
- Management of the schedules, timecards and expenses related to the employees under his supervision;
- Management of his employee’s performance (training, assessment and career plan);
- Involved in the whole hiring process (recruitment, interview, selection and integration);
**Organizational Performance Management**:

- To orient management on performance, achievement and maintenance of organizational objectives:

- Periodically monitor his Key Performance Indicators (« KPI »);
- Periodically monitor the expenses related to his operations;
- Actively participate in the business improvement and development (by improving the level of service, optimizing performance, reducing costs, etc.)

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and studies related to mechanic, fleet management and employee management;
- Mechanic Certification, an asset;
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in English required;
- Resourcefulness, autonomy, rigor and good sense of organization;
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
