**Are you an experienced team leader who thrives in guest-first environments?**
Elite Spa Group is hiring a full-time **Business Operations Manager** to support the daily success of our two spa locations, lead and coach our front desk team, and assist with key administrative tasks that help our business thrive behind the scenes.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves structure, team development, and elegant guest experiences—while supporting both our Spa Director and Founder in maintaining a high-functioning and joyful work environment.

**What You'll Be Responsible For**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations across both spa locations
- Lead, train, and supervise the front desk team
- Monitor service standards and ensure operational efficiency
- Handle scheduling, shift coordination, and administrative support
- Act as a liaison between team members and leadership
- Support project execution, seasonal launches, and internal communication

**We're Looking for Someone Who**:

- Has leadership experience in spa, hospitality, or wellness settings
- Is confident managing people, solving problems, and organizing flow
- Maintains a polished and professional presence
- Is tech-savvy and comfortable managing calendars, inboxes, and scheduling tools
- Has strong attention to detail and can anticipate operational needs
- Is warm, clear, and kind when holding team members accountable
