How You'll Make an Impact:

We're seeking a high-performing Warehouse Supervisor & Operations Coordinator to lead and execute core warehouse functions with excellence in inventory management, shipping logistics, team performance, and automation initiatives. This role is pivotal in helping us scale efficiently across North America while delivering top-tier service to our customers.

What You'll Do:

Inventory Management

  • Maintained accurate inventory with regular cycle counts and real-time updates.
  • Ensured 6-month stock of parts, packaging, and supplies.
  • Led kitting/de-kitting and kept inventory live across all platforms.
  • Implemented scanners for outbound and returns processes.

Automation & Process Enhancement

  • Boosted productivity through optimized workflows and automation.
  • Automated order processing using APIs and/or plug-ins to eliminate manual checks.
  • Rolled out automated inventory adjustments and supported WMS setup.
  • Improved returns efficiency through tech and training.

Outbound Shipping

  • Managed daily cost-effective shipping using preferred carriers.
  • Quickly resolved cross-border issues to reduce delays and costs.
  • Shipped all Amazon/D2C orders same day.
  • Prevented overcharges with accurate weight/dimension validation.
