**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an office administrative assistant. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, communicating with team members, scheduling meetings and events, and providing top-notch customer service. To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent organizational and administrative skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and coordinating office supplies
- Typing and checking forms, reports, memos, and other materials.
- Sorting, filing, and maintaining digital filing systems for efficient recordkeeping and easy retrieval.
- Completing assignments and projects according to instructions from supervisors.
- Welcoming and helping new hires, part-time students, and guests.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members to support business operations.
- Perform other related duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in office procedures and clerical functions.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a medical office setting is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Competence in typing accurately and efficiently.
- Prior experience in legal or corporate office considered an asset.
