Burnaby, Canada West Coast Process Serving Full time

Seeking a highly organized and reliable Office admin/ Legal administrative assistant to provide support for a booming Process Serving business. In this role, you will communicate with lawyers and paralegals all over Canada. You will also be required to draft Affidavits of Service specific to British Columbia ( a must), invoice clients, prepare and organize legal files to be served.

You will need a history of working in a legal environment specific to the British Columbia legal field. You must have a deep knowledge of legal office procedures, legal terminology, court systems, and the process of billing clients.

There is opportunity to work from your own home after a 2 week training period.

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- affidavit drafting: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
